“Christian Education and the Era Challenges” for the first time, a Catholic Catechism conference in Egypt

In a cooperation between the Catholic Media Office in Egypt and the Franciscan Cultural Center for Coptic Studies, the Christian Education Conference in Egypt was inaugurated yesterday, under the title of “Christian Education and the Era Challenges”, in the period between Friday, November 13th and Saturday, 14th of the same month, at the Monastery of the Virgin Mary of the Franciscans in Mokattam

The day contained a meeting entitled “Christian Education and Pastoral Challenges”, and also, “Role play” meeting
The conference comes as an initiative of the Catholic Media Office with the participation of the Franciscan Cultural Center for Coptic Studies, and with the organizational participation of the Faculty of Religious Sciences in Sakakini and the Institute of Religious Education in Asyut

The conference discusses three main axes: Christian education and pastoral challenges, Christian religious education, what it is and its role, and the philosophical vision of Christian education
